STEP 1
Shampooing is not necessary unless the client’s hair has build-up of activator, moisturizers or grease. If shampooing is performed, towel blot and place the client under a warm dryer until hair is dry. Part hair into four sections.
STEP 2
Depending on the texture of the hair, apply Leisure Curl Coldwave to scalp area with a tint brush. If the hair is normal to coarse, use Leisure Curl Regular Coldwave. If the hair is coarse to resistant, use Leisure Curl Ultimate Strength Coldwave. Comb new growth only. Do not comb thorough to the ends. Use enough to completely cover the new growth area. |

STEP 3
Rinse the hair with warm water. Apply a small amount of Leisure Curl Detangling Conditioner and comb through for even distribution.
STEP 4
If the hair shaft is smooth and sufficiently straight after rinsing, apply Leisure Curl Booster (For Fine and Color Treated Hair) to the hair and comb through. If the hair shaft remains wavy after rinsing, apply Leisure Curl Booster (Ultimate Strength) to the hair and comb through. IMPORTANT NOTE: Leisure Curl Mild ONLY! Leisure Curl Booster Ultimate Strength is recommended for use with Leisure Curl Coldwave Regular and Ultimate Strength.
STEP 5
Determine which size roller to use. Roll 2 sections of hair using 3 different roller sizes. Place a plastic cap on the head for 2 minutes. Remove rollers and choose the roller that provides desired results.
STEP 6
After hair is rolled completely, place a plastic cap on the head. Sit client under a warm dryer for 10 minutes or allow client to sit without use of a dryer for 15 minutes wearing a plastic cap.
STEP 7
While rollers are attached to hair, rinse Leisure Curl Booster from the hair until water rinses clear. Towel blot. |

STEP 8
Spray Leisure Curl Extra Hold Neutralizer on each roller. It is important to thoroughly spray from one end of the roller to the other. Also spray the inside of the roller thoroughly as well. Place a plastic cap on the clients head. Sit the client under a warm dryer for 15 minutes for maximum penetration, or allow the client to sit without use of a dryer for 15 minutes with plastic cap on the head. |

STEP 9
While rollers are attached to hair, rinse head with warm water and towel blot. Spray Leisure Curl Detangling Conditioner thoroughly on the inside and outside of each roller. Also spray rollers on the inside and outside with Leisure Curl Conditioning Scalp Spray. Towel blot. |

STEP 10
Place client under a warm dryer until hair is completely dry. Check after 30 minutes.
STEP 11
Remove the rollers. Comb through. Clip the ends of hair or cut into desired style.
STEP 12
Apply modest amount of Leisure Curl Gel Activator or Leisure Curl After Shampoo. Comb through for even distribution and style.
